There are many hunting channels available. All of them had something to offer me about hunting. Cliff Tulpa, The Untamed and The Do it Yourself Hunter are some of my favorite channels. These channels all share the same goal of teaching hunters how to hunt, and they're all excellent choices. Some channels stand out, however.

Do it Yourself Hunter

Do It Yourself hunting channels offer great hunting videos. In recent years, a growing number of videos were made and uploaded to the internet. Many videos can be educational or entertaining and many are free. You can subscribe to one channel and follow along the adventures with the hunters. Some channels can even be sponsored by brands. These are the top YouTube channels that you can subscribe.

Cliff Tulpa

If you are a hunting enthusiast, you may have come across the award winning TV show, Cliff Tulpa's Wild Outdoor Adventures. Cliff Tulpa continues his pursuit to hunt the largest game animals legally. The series follows Cliff's adventures. Cliff has hunted nearly 210 different species as of writing. Cliff not only films exciting hunts but also explores foreign cultures while filming his adventures. The show gives viewers a glimpse into the outdoorman's life, whether he is hunting a trophy tiger or deer in the Amazon Jungle.

The Untamed

The Untamed is a YouTube channel that shares the passion of West Virginian bear hunters. The channel includes thrilling bear hunting videos, as well whitetail buck videos with hounds. The videos are also meant to share the adventures and challenges that hunters face during their hunts. The channel was established in January 2018. It has amassed more than 12000 subscribers and over 25 million video views. It is expected to reach 168K subscribers by early 2023.


SEEK One

Four legends from the outdoor world have been highlighted on SEEK-ONE's hunting channels. Their videos explore the challenges of hunting large whitetails and getting access to their habitats. They have amassed a total of 76,000 subscribers and 76 million views, and this popularity is expected to grow. Despite increasing competition, SEEK ONE is still one of YouTube's most popular channels.

MeatEater

MeatEater with Steven Rinella has been a favorite with Outdoor Sportsman Group viewers since it premiered nine years ago. The series isn't only about Rinella's pursuit of an animal. It also explores Rinella's personality and character. Season 7 airs tonight at 8 PM on Outdoor Channel. ET, followed by season eight on November 8 on Sportsman Channel at 9 p.m. ET.

Bill Winke

While you may have seen the late-night shows with Bill Winke or the Midwest Whitetail crew on hunting channels' hunting channels, are you familiar the man behind the camera. This former magazine writer and photographer had been on the HUNTR podcast last November and was such a hit that he was asked to return. He left the Midwest Whitetails show in August but is still actively looking for hunting land. Winke talks about his new life, and what you can expect from hunting.

What types of guns can be legally used?

How to hunt wild turkeys

Wild Turkeys are birds that live in North America. They are common in Texas. Wild Turkeys eat grasses, seeds, and insects. In some areas, they eat berries, acorns, and fruit from trees. They are healthy and strong thanks to their diet. Clothing and hats are made from wild turkey feathers. The breast meat is eaten.

These are some safety tips for hunting wild turkeys. Wear long pants and close-toe shoes. Avoid wearing perfume or any cologne. They attract predators. If you see a predator, do not run away. Instead, move slowly towards your vehicle. When approaching a bird, be calm and still. It may take several attempts to get close enough to the bird to allow you to capture it. If you are shooting at wild turkeys, a shotgun loaded in 00 buckshot is the best choice. One shot should be taken at a time.

If your gun jams try again later. Avoid being hit by flying pellets and duck behind a car or tree. Lucky enough, a hunter may come and clean up after you.
